Terms and Conditions of Business
All prices are correct at the time of publishing but are subject
to change without notice.
Course content may vary depending on the clients needs
or instructors recommendations. This is in the clients
interest and can be changed at any time by the instructor. The
course start and test dates will be agreed on booking but the
tuition times will be agreed between the pupil and the instructor.
Payment for any services supplied or arranged by the company
are due for payment 14 days prior to the service commencing. Should
a client require a formal invoice please request this on booking.
No other refund of monies paid will be given unless 14 clear working
days notice has been given. Any cheques returned to us unpaid
will result in a £10 charge per cheque. Payments made by
credit card will also accrue a 3% administration charge.
Test fees cannot be refunded. The Company cannot be held responsible
for cancellation of a test due to unforeseen circumstances. Should
you wish to change the dates of your course following payment
this may incur a charge.
A valid driving licence must be presented at the start of your
course. If you have any motor/convictions or disabilities it is
vital that you inform us at the outset as this may affect your
ability to take your course/test which could result in you being
unable to recover your fee. Where an employer is booking a course
or test it is the responsibility of the employer to ensure the
pupil is suitable and licenced for the course/test.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all premises
and equipment, including vehicles, used or supplied by the client
for the purposes of training or test are insured and fit for purpose.
Any abusive, offensive or other such conduct will not be tolerated
and the course may be terminated without notice.
The candidate is responsible for ensuring that they are available,
as agreed, for the course times and any lateness may be deducted
from their time.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown of the instructors
vehicle or for any other reason that the instructor is unable
to substitute another instructor for a specific course
rearrangement of the course may be necessary to an alternative
suitable time for you.
If there was no availability at our designated hotel/guest house
it may be necessary to arrange alternative accommodation. Prior
notice of any such change would be given at the earliest opportunity
and not later than the start of the course.
The instructor and/or Minibus Training and Safety has the right
to withdraw the vehicle from any test if the pupil has not reached
the required level to complete a test safely and competently.
The instructor will give a full explanation of reasons for withdrawal.
In the event of the Company being unable to comply with its obligations
by any cause beyond its reasonable control its obligations will
be suspended for the period it is unable to do so.
No variation, amendment or modification to these terms will be
permitted without written agreement from the Company.
The Companys total liability in contract, tort (including
negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution
or otherwise arising in connection with the performance of the
above shall be limited to the price paid for the course. This
includes its liability in respect of the acts or omissions of
its employees, agents and sub-contractors
You acknowledge that your client and candidates personal data
will be held and processed by the Company in connection with the
above.

These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance
with English Law.
